Call for Special Issue
We invite proposals for a journal Special Issue aligned with IHCI 2025 themes, highlighting advances in Intelligent Human–Computer Interaction and adjacent areas.
Final journal, timeline, and APCs (if any) will be confirmed with accepted Guest Editors.
IHCI Special Issues aim to consolidate state-of-the-art research and practice on key themes within Intelligent HCI. We encourage interdisciplinary topics bridging AI, design, systems, and human factors, and welcome both methodological and applied contributions.
Exact dates depend on the partner journal’s production schedule.
All submissions to the Special Issue undergo standard journal peer review. Guest Editors manage the process with oversight from the journal’s Editorial Office. Conflicts of interest must be declared and handled per policy.
Include brief bios and recent publications relevant to the SI topic.
Email a single PDF (3–5 pages) titled “IHCI 2025 Special Issue Proposal – [Proposed Title]” including all sections listed above.
