Submission Guidelines

Papers should present original research authenticated with analysis, simulation, or experimentation. Authors should adhere to the following guidelines for paper submissions and may submit under the categories below:

  • Full Research Papers: Original research with novel methodologies, findings, and implications [10–12 pages]
  • Short Papers: Concise papers, work-in-progress, or preliminary results [4–6 pages]
  • Industry Papers: Industry perspectives, challenges, and innovations in HCI [4–6 pages]

Authors are required to strictly adhere to the LNCS (Springer) Template and submit in English. Include title, abstract, keywords, and complete academic information of authors. The submitted paper will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin.

Review Process & Ethics

All submissions undergo rigorous peer review by an expert panel. Evaluation criteria include originality, significance, technical quality, and clarity of presentation.

High Similarity Policy

If a paper receives a High Similarity Score (>15%), it will be investigated. If found plagiarized, it will be rejected/withdrawn without formal review.

Formatting Reminders
  • Use official LNCS templates (Word/LaTeX).
  • Ensure figures/tables are legible; include references.
  • Follow anonymization if double-blind review is specified by the track.

Publication

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, published digitally in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) by Springer and made available to attendees.
